Free Cancellation

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

No‑Shows

• No refunds will be issued for no‑shows or unused services.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
