Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on the type of service booked and cancellation timing.


2. Cancellation Refunds

  • Full refunds will be provided for tours cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Partial refunds may apply depending on costs already incurred.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Some services (such as hotel bookings, entrance tickets, or special activities) may be non-refundable once confirmed.


4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.


5. Changes Instead of Refund

In some cases, we may offer:

  • Date changes

  • Alternative tours
    instead of refunds.


6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked service without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
